Accounting Module

Accounting Module has the following sub-modules:

  • Receipts: Recording and printing of receipts from the system
  • Refunds: Recording of refunds from authorised credit notes, policies cancellations
  • Deposits: Recording of deposits of collections to trust bank account
  • Remittances: Recording of premium remittances to insurers
  • Bank Transactions: Recording of additional bank transactions like service charges and other payments

These business transactions data can be automatically posted into Quickbooks accounting package to facilitate the creation of complete accounting reports (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow etc.) without entering business data twice, reducing potential typing errors
